Alva is a Health Coach who is going to help us achieve our goals, and maintain a balanced, healthy life. Alva is also a golfer and will show us some Pilates exercises we can incorporate into our start up routine and we will have a healthy lunch as sugested by Alva to optimse performance and taste great at the ssme time.
